Property Investment Services
Wings over Greece cooperates with a specialized well known law firm in Athens, which provides high-level legal consultancy services and collects and submits all relevant documentation before the Greek Authorities.
What we can do for you
- Together, we go through the proposed property solutions and we come up with a shortlist of properties
- Our legal consultants check the properties’ legal titles
- Our technical team performs a thorough inspection of the properties, in order to confirm their due location and condition or to propose any eventual repairs
- You take your final decision about the property you wish to buy
- The price of the property is determined, together with the chosen method of payment
- We sign a pre-agreement of cooperation, on the basis of privacy policy rules
- You appoint our legal consultants as your proxy, signing the Power of Attorney and authorizing us to represent you before the Greek Authorities
- We issue, on your behalf, a VAT Registration Number
- We open for you a Greek Bank Account, which is necessary for all future transactions (ex. for depositing future rental income) Alternatively, we accompany you to the Bank and Tax office for the necessary formalities.
- We draft the contractual deeds and we translate all necessary documentation, as needed
- A few steps before completing the transaction, our legal experts take care of all formalities and procedural matters before the competent Greek Authorities (ex. Land Registry Office -“Ypothikofylakeio”, Hellenic National Land Registry/Cadastral – “ktimatologio” etc.)
- The final ownership documents are collected and signed, the transaction is completed and the property is delivered to you!
